Is my booking confirmed straight away?+
No. Pick your preferred date and time and send a request. The mechanic contacts you to confirm availability, your location and the work needed before your appointment is agreed.
Which areas do you cover?+
Enter your UK postcode with your request. The mechanic checks whether your location is covered before confirming a visit.
Do I need to pay when I book?+
There is no payment required to send a booking request. Discuss the work, call-out charges and the full quote with your mechanic before agreeing to a visit.
Can you work at my home or workplace?+
You can request either. The vehicle needs to be in a safe, accessible location with permission for work to take place. Some repairs may require a garage; the mechanic can advise.
How do I change my request?+
Once the mechanic responds, reply directly to their email to discuss changes or cancellation. If your car is in a dangerous location, contact a roadside recovery service instead of waiting for a booking response.
